Ella's All Ready For Halloween!

Here's Ella chewing on her elephant. This is her favorite thing to do. She'll crawl all the way from the living room to her bedroom, to get her Elephant and then she'll start chewing on it.

Her first molars are in up top but the bottom ones have yet to make their appearance.

So here's the costume. Children's Place had them on sale so I figured I had to get one right away, before they ran out of her size. What do you all think? Isn't she just the cutest butterfly you've ever seen? Chewing on her Elephant again.
She had her costume on for about an hour and didn't even say anything.
She really looks like she's up to something in this picture.
Hope all you have a great long weekend and that you have a happy Thanksgiving (all our Canadian friends).

Ella Loved Swimming Lessons!

Today was the day we'd been anticipating for a while now. It was the first day of swimming lessons.

Here's Ella chewing on her finger ready to head out to the University for her lessons.Daddy was out of town so Grandmaman was nice enough to come along to be our photographer. Not all pictures are focused but she did her best.

Here we are, waiting for lessons to start, for our okay to go into the pool

Here we are, getting Ella adapted to the water. And who ever told me the water at the University was cold, they must have been on crack.
Here we are, trying to have Ella do the star. She didn't like being on her back, none of the kids did.
Here she is trying to do the star on her belly, she loved that because she got to lean on Mommy.
Here she is chasing the ball. Here's Ella walking across the mat.
Here we are looking up for a picture.Still in the poolWe had a great time at lessons. Ella loved it. Some of the kids wanted out before the lessons were over but Ella would have stayed longer had she been allowed.

We can't wait for next Saturday for another lesson.

Ella loved it, she went on it too many times for me to count.Audrey and Ella sitting in a tractor wheel. The fairgrounds at night. The Patry boys having cotton candy.Uncle Pete and Ella, he's letting her play with his beer can. Don't worry it isn't opened.Ella and Audrey sharing their first beer together. Who said they had to drink it? We didn't end up leaving until 9:30pm and the girls didn't complain once. They were real troopers. They did awesome.

The fair was unbelievable, the weather was awesome, the crowd was record breaking and it was just all in all wonderful.

The Belangers loved it and said they'd be back next year.

Hope all is well with everyone.
