We Went To The Game On Friday

We had a great time at the game, despite the outcome. Ella got a little scared of the damn boat horn, other than that she did great.

I just looked at tonight's score and St.Hyacinthe won. So the series is tied at 1.

Next game will be in Sherbrooke on Friday followed by Sunday in St.Hyacinthe.

Ella's First Tooth

Ella's First Tooth....

cut through her gums on March 27th, 2007 at 5 months, 2 weeks and 2 days old.

Her first tooth to appear is the bottom, left & center.

Once it grows some more, i may be able to get pictures of it.

But for now you'll have to look at these.
Don't Ella's Eyes look green in the above pic? Maybe she will have Daddy's Eyes.

Playoffs start tomorrow against Sherbrooke in Sherbrooke. Saturday they play in St.Hyacinthe. Ella and I will be attending tomorrow nights game with Mammy, Auntie Annie, Gui, Daph and other family friends.

I'm So Clumsy!

First Picture taken of Ella with my new camera.

So here's the story........You all would have laughed, Amber did. I was trying to get a picture of Ella with Amber but the lighting was bad so I got up to close the blind and fell really bad. My slippers slipped on the floor, I hurt my knee and scrapped my camera, plus I looked like an idiot.

My camera broke really bad, when i say scrapped, i mean it.

So Amber and I went looking for cameras and after being told it would cost me a minimum of $130 to get it fixed, I opted to buy a new one. Amber bought one aswell.

So now I have a new camera.

I don't mind looking like an idiot, but looking like an idiot and it costing you $200, sucks.

What sucks is that my other camera was still perfectly good.

Well I hope I got you all to smile today imagining me falling holding a camera in my hand.

Ella & Audrey : Best Of Friends

Ella & Audrey are really becoming good friends. In a couple months when Ella is bigger, it will be fun to watch them play. When Ella starts crawling watch out!

Audrey just loves giving Ella kisses and Ella just tries to bite Audrey. She's teething right now and if anyone's hand gets close to her mouth, she's going for it. You'll be able to see this in a picture below.



Ange and the girls. I opted not to take a picture to save you guys from having to see my cheesy smile. Gosh I can't wait for these braces to come off. If all goes well, i may be rid of them this summer. Fingers Crossed!

Congrats To The Herbers!

Congrats to Julie and Jason on the arrival of their new baby boy.

He arrived this morning, March 26th at 1am.

Baby weighed in at 8lbs, 8ozs and measured in at 21 inches.

Baby has yet to be named.

St.Patty's Weekend!

We weren't sure we'd be able to make it down to Richmond because of the storm, Noella had called saying the 55 was closed. So we watched the news and that wasn't the case. We ventured out and the roads weren't that bad. Nothing compared to that last storm on Valentine's Day.

So once we got to Richmond we had an Irish Stew made with Guiness. Sly drank Guiness and we all had some Bailey's. You can't have a St.Patty's Day without the Bailey's.

As you can see we all sported our green and pinched everyone and anyone who wasn't. It will teach them not to wear green! (haha) Here's Ella sitting on Daddy, drooling like a St.Bernard. Can you see the big drool circle on her shirt? Her teeth should be piercing through soon because we can actually feel the bumps now.

What do you do when you want to go to a parade, there is too much snow in the streets for a stroller and you don't have a sled? You use a shovel of course!

And of course, the event of the weekend. Auntie Casey's Sweet Sixteen. She says she had no idea but we aren't so sure, we know she's wiser than that. Come on Case, give yourself some credit. So here's a picture of all her friends just before they bowled. Hopefully Auntie Casey and her friends had a wonderful time.

So Ange and I went out with Audrey & Ella yesterday.

We went to walmart to look for sippy cups, bowls etc.

So we were sitting at McDonalds while Audrey ate and Ella decided that it was time she used her voice. I swear everyone in there heard her. She was so loud. It was quite funny.

She just kept cooing and ahhing.

Then we headed to the mall for a couple of laps. We ended up going into the Children's Place. When don't we end up going in there? Never!

I just love that place.

So anyways we ended up getting the girls some new shirts. These girls are going to end up with the same clothes. You should have seen them at the mall. They just trying to grab at eachother. It was so cute. We keep saying they are going to end up bestfriends. They may end up miles apart when they are older but will have tons of pictures of them together to show them.

Ella Milestones!

Ella's been rolling over and here is the proof. She is such a Champ!

Ella discovered her feet this weekend or atleast it was the first time I noticed her, noticing her feet.

Injured Goalie!

What do you get when a bench warming goalie gets too close to the boards?

This is what you get. Poor Sly, ten years of professional hockey in the States and nothing happens, one year in a goon league and this is what happens. I think it's a sign that he should hang up his skates.

This is Sly on 3 hours of sleep. He didn't get home from the hospital until 4am. Poor, poor Sly.

He thinks this is so uncomfortable, try delivering an 8 pounder and then come talk to me. (lol)

He's going to have a scar, but we love him anyway.

Not quite sure what that face means.

I had Ella weighed and measured and at 5 months or just about, she weighs 18lbs, 12ozs and measures 26 inches. Such a big girl. There's no need to say that she's off the charts. She's slowed down in gaining weight. We found Sly's baby book and saw that he was 18 lbs at 4 months so Ella has someone to take after.

Avery Victoria Luciuk was born March 5th, 2007.

She weighed in at 6lbs 10ozs.

The Good Old Hockey Game.

So we went to see Sly play in Sherbrooke yesterday. He played really well and it's the best I'd seen the team play in a while despite the outcome. They ended up losing 3-2 but fought till the end. If things keep going like this St.Hyacinthe will be playing Sherbrooke in the playoffs.

Thanks Auntie Amber and Uncle Brian for the nice coat, it's very practicle for arenas. It may not fit in the spring so Ella must wear it now.

So Ella LOVES Sweet Potatoes!

First you will find a rare picture of Ella on her belly. She normally screams, this time she was pretty good. She stayed atleast 5 minutes. Yay Ella! Now if we could just get the rolling part.

Next you will find Ella hiding behind her bib. I can still see you're a mess Ella.Here's the mess after her first time eating veggies. Sweet Potatoes is what she had and she just LOVES them!This is her second day on Sweet Potatoes. I realized that they stain, so I figured she could eat them in her diaper. It's a lot easier to clean up. Just wipe it off!She smiles all the time when she's having them. I guess that must mean that she likes them.
