Halloween & Random Pics

Halloween!

What can we say? It's such a busy day.

We dressed up Ella and then brought her to a couple houses we knew, to show off her costume. Why put a costume on if you're not going to show it off?

Bringing her from house to house, even though we only went to about 5, was so much work. Getting her in and out of the car was exhausting.

We were lucky, it was a beautiful day, probably about 16 degrees celcius.

Here's Ella ready to go trick-or-treating.

Ella and her Princess Emilie, the Queen.Ella walking up the driveway to the first house we went to (Guy & Pauline).Ella inside Guy and Pauline's house.

That's it for halloween pics as the batteries died on the camera.

I just thought I'd share a couple random pics of Ella.

Ella just smiling.

Her hair is finally starting to come in. Yay!!!Ella in the bath. I just thought this was too cute.

I hope everything is great with everyone and that everyone had a good Halloween.

Love,

FACES.............

Ella makes a number of different faces.
Here are some of them.

This is her, "I'm going to do something you don't want me to do" face.
This is her new "Here are my teeth" face.
This is "I'm pissed you won't let me do what I want" face. This is "You still won't let me do what I want" face. This is "Cheese" face.

This is "I've got the giggles from your tickles" face.

This is "I'm calm and about to take a nap in the car" face.

This is "Making the sound of a car" face.

This is "I love my doll" face.

So that was a recap of the good, the bad and the ugly.

The Orchard & The Pumpkin Patch

I have been neglecting my blog lately so I am going to try to catch up today.
You may get two or three new posts but what can I say, i'm behind on blogging.
Ange, Audrey, Ella and I headed out to the orchard one morning and had lots of fun. At the Orchard we picked apples and had a tractor ride. None of that really impressed Ella. What did impress her was the swing. Ella loves to swing.

That same week the Belangers and the Daigles headed out to the Pumpkin Patch.
It started raining when we left for the pumpkin patch so we decided to pick pumpkins from ones that were already picked. We didn't want to go out in the muddy fields. Next year however, we are definately picking our own from the field. Ella will be bigger then and will understand more.
Even though it rained, we had a great time.
After pumpkin picking, we stopped at the Cheese Factory for some curd cheese and then headed home to have dinner with the Belangers. It was a fun time.

Ella's Birthday Parties.

Ella started off her day by going to swimming lessons.
Let me tell you that she made Sly and I very proud (it doesn't take much to make parents proud), she started kicking her feet in the water. What did I tell you? It really doesn't take much.
So once lessons were over, it was time to head to Auntie Mary's for Ella, Felix and Jeremy's Huge "Hockey Themed" Birthday Bash.
L fell asleep in the car.

Look at how happy she was to get her doll. She wouldn't let go of it.
She still loves her dolls. If you ask her where her baby is, she'll go find it.
Not sure if the dolls will have much hair left by Christmas as she holds them by the hair and not the hand. I keep putting the dolls hand in her hand but the minute she lets it go, she'll pick it up by the hair.

First time having sugar & chocolate.

I guess that's what happens when you let a baby have chocolate.

Ella and her cousins.

Ella playing with the hockey gloves. And I thought having a girl would mean no arenas.

All ready to go. Gotta hate the puck she is holding.

Now this is where her Princess Party begins.

Here is the newly decorated entrance to our future house. Hopefully we'll sell the condo soon.

Skirts, necklaces, tiaras ready for the guests.

Ella's Princess Party, seating for 16.

Having a cracker before the guests arrived.

Waiting for the guests to arrive.

Thanks to everyone for the wonderful gifts.Emilie and Ella dressed up as princesses.
Uncle Ian and Ella.Mommy helping Ella blow out the candle.
Ella having her cake. Ella opening a couple of her many gifts.

Sorry it took so long to blog this. I swear i'll try to get better.
Love,
